Mindful of Earth Program

The Mindful of Earth program is open to anyone inspired by practicing mindfulness in harmony with the natural world, this program invites participants to deepen their connection with the Earth while nurturing their well-being. Through four sessions, we’ll engage in mindful practices that cultivate presence, empathy, and earth-inspired creativity. Each session draws inspiration from the natural elements of our campus, blending mindfulness with experiences that foster a meaningful relationship with the Earth. Sessions include a warm welcome, grounding exercises, guided practices, and reflective discussions, all designed to help participants connect more deeply with themselves and the natural world.
Let the Earth be your teacher this spring. 🌿
