Traco Rachal, Chaplain for USC Trojans Football
Traco Rachal serves as the Chaplain for the USC Trojans Football program. In this capacity, he is entrusted with nurturing the overall well-being and moral development of student-athletes, staff members, and their families. Traco organizes non-denominational gatherings on game days and facilitates a mid-week study group. He offers confidential, one-on-one counseling to student-athletes, coaches, and staff members, addressing personal concerns encompassing religious and spiritual matters, among other areas.
As a chaplain, he is entrusted as a commissioned missionary to provide spiritual guidance and support, and does so through his role as an area representative for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He looks forward to witnessing positive transformation and impactful experiences at USC, just as he has had the privilege of serving and contributing to the Long Beach community for the past 15 years.
