Robin Romans

Robin Romans is Director of the Thematic Option Honors Program and Adjunct Assistant Professor in Political Science. The administrative responsibilities of directing Thematic Option have not kept Dr. Romans from close contact with students through personal advisement, orientation and organizing special events and activities. Among his first loves are originating new academic initiatives, such as the Thematic Option Undergraduate Conference and the USC Book Salons. He also serves as the faculty advisor to Palaver, USC’s student run literary magazine. In the Political Science department, he teaches political theory courses, including Sex, Power and Politics and Idelogy and Political Conflict.
