Angela was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated with a BS in Biology in 2013 from UCSD, where she was part of an Acts2Network church that revived her faith. After graduation, she moved back to LA and pursued a PharmD degree at USC to become a Pharmacist, where she also volunteered as a mentor for international students in 4Corners at USC. After graduating and getting married to Andrew Chen, she continued to serve international students on both USC and UCLA campuses. In 2022, Angela had the opportunity to start an international student ministry under her church network in the Philadelphia area to reach UPenn and Drexel students. In 2024, she returned back to her roots in LA where she is currently serving as a covocational minister to support the USC 4Corners ministry.
In her free time, she loves hiking, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying good food.
