Christopher Roque is part of InterVarsity at USC.
A SoCal native, Chris attended CSUF where he studied as a student researcher in CIRM’s Bridges to Stem Cell Research and Therapy Program and graduated with his B.S. in cellular and developmental biology. As he grew more passionate about the intersection of higher education and the dynamics of Christian formation, Chris transitioned to seminary and received his MDiv at Azusa Pacific Seminary. For the last 9 years, he has served as a teaching pastor at a Vineyard church in Orange County and is now on staff with InterVarsity as a minister to graduate students and faculty here at USC. Chris enjoys being a husband (and dog dad), reading, good coffee, conversations about faith, and getting outdoors on his mountain bike.
