Rachana Rathi

Faculty Adviser for the SKY at USC | Yoga & Meditation Club

Rachana Rathi, is the Faculty Adviser for the SKY at USC | Yoga & Meditation Club at the University of Southern California.

Rachana Rathi has been teaching meditation, yoga and breathing practices for the Art of Living Foundation and IAHV since 2002. She has supported the club at USC for the past 8 years, facilitating 3-day retreats, Yogathons, and a host of other programs for thousands of USC students, who say the programs have given them a boost in happiness, resilience, clarity of mind, confidence, and energy.

The USC Alumni has brought these practical techniques and wisdom to help students thrive at school and in life to other universities as well, including Harvard, MIT, CU Boulder, Georgetown and UCLA.

A former journalist for the LA Times, The Hartford Courant and The Boston Globe, Rachana is currently the vice-president of marketing and communications for a global enzyme manufacturer. Her hobbies include dancing and adventure travel.
